Standard Shipping

Orders placed Monday to Friday before our shipping cut-off time of 2pm will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Express & Priority Shipping

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.

Shipping times may vary during holiday season.

 

Shipping Policy

Formula Fig offers Ground shipping (4-9 business days), Expedited shipping (2-5 business days) and Priority shipping (1-3 business days).  Shipping costs will not be refunded if the order is returned.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. 

Please note: no free returns via shipping. Online purchases can be returned in-store. If guests would like to return via mail, guest is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping method must include tracking.

 

Taxes & Duties

Prices displayed on the Formula Fig site do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax (where applicable) and shipping charges will be calculated on the total value of product, and will be displayed on the checkout page.

Additional duty charges will be applicable to shipments outside of US.
